Oracle Health Government Services is seeking a skilled Support Integration Architect to join our mission-driven organization. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless service transition, operational stability, continuous improvement, and effective collaboration across internal teams, external partners, and customer stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of support governance, incident management alignment, service integration, and operational readiness activities throughout the transition and post-transition support lifecycle. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams-both internal stakeholders and client partners-so familiarity with sustainment transition, ongoing production support, service integration, continuous improvement, and operational excellence is essential.

US: Hiring Range in USD from $28.94 to $71.30 per hour; from: $60,200 to $148,300 per annum. May be eligible for equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.
