Our client is a growing RV repair and collision operation looking to add a Service Coordinator to support daily shop operations, customer communication, scheduling, and administrative workflow.
This role is ideal for someone who has strong customer service skills, understands the importance of follow-through, and can help keep repair jobs moving through the shop efficiently.
Position Overview
The Service Coordinator will serve as a key point of contact for customers, insurance companies, vendors, and internal team members. This position supports the service and collision repair process by helping manage customer updates, scheduling, claim-related communication, documentation, and front-office coordination.
This role is similar to a collision center CSR, service advisor assistant, or front-office coordinator. The right person will be organized, professional, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a busy shop environment.
