Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Coordinator to create and execute the daily plan for multiple service technicians serving a diverse customer base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for accurate scheduling, strategic resource implementation, project coordination, and creative problem-solving.
- Act as the primary liaison between customers and field technicians, ensuring clear communication, proper issue escalation, and smooth service delivery.
- Manage daily scheduling and dispatch of technicians, including prioritizing emergency service calls to maintain efficiency and rapid response times.
- Track and optimize technician labor hours and schedules to improve productivity and support profitability goals.
- Coordinate PM material ordering and lead team meetings to ensure operational alignment, accountability, and timely job completion.
Requirements:
-Relevant experience in deadline-driven environments, with a preference for candidates who have leadership or team coordination background; associate degree preferred.
-Strong multitasking and adaptability skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced setting and effectively manage shifting priorities.
-Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, including organizing detailed information and delivering clear instructions to both technicians and customers.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office and quick to learn new systems; HVAC or construction industry experience is a plus.
