Service Coordinator

What You''ll Do:
- Coordinate day-to-day scheduling for Service Technicians, managing communication between customers, technicians, and internal team members to keep everyone informed and on track
- Support ongoing customer needs by maintaining preventative maintenance contracts, coordinating repair estimates, ordering parts, scheduling work, and processing customer billing
- Maintain customer documentation in compliance with ammonia refrigeration regulations based on geographic requirements
- Contribute to a collaborative, positive, and professional team environment
Role Structure:
You''ll be primarily focused in one of three areas while cross-trained to support all functions as business needs arise:
- Tech Dispatch / Customer Interaction
- Service Quotes
- Parts Ordering & Inventory
Compensation: $50,000 - $60,000 annually
