Service Coordinator

• Coordinate and maintain caregiver schedules while ensuring the best caregiver-to-client match.
• Balance client needs, caregiver availability, skills, personalities, and geographic location.
• Answer and manage a high volume of incoming phone calls professionally and efficiently.
• Communicate promptly with clients, caregivers and office staff.
• Anticipate staffing challenges and proactively resolve scheduling conflicts.
• Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records.
• Conduct timely follow-up with caregivers and clients.
• Ensure continuity of care by filling open shifts quickly while maintaining service quality.
• Exercise sound judgment when making staffing decisions with minimal supervision.

• Minimum of 2 years of (in house CSR) office experience
• Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
• Valid driver's license and own reliable transportation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to make confident, independent decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional telephone etiquette and outstanding customer service skills.
• Strong computer proficiency and ability to learn scheduling software quickly.
• Reliable, dependable, and capable of working independently without micromanagement.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise professionalism in all interactions.
