What You'll Do:
As a Service Coordinator I, you will monitor workflow, own and drive optimized job processes, and efficiently align resources across capabilities (people and equipment) within and potentially across multiple Document Services operational areas and/or functions. Monitor timing and service level results across a variety of production areas and/or service functions. Communicate closely with business partners and leadership to ensure customer expectations on timing and quality are being met.
- Observing staff performance and communicating feedback to appropriate leadership who'll then coach employees to improve performance and/or effectively address via formal performance management. May include assisting leadership in the interview process when recruiting and evaluating new employees. Coaches on errors and operational tasks as necessary.
- Perform workforce management duties utilizing all trained resources and aligned to forecast staffing projections. Manage team calendar, to include ensuring coverage for all positions during each shift, scheduling and conducting team huddles and ensuring time is blocked for formal team meetings.
- Coordinate, prioritize, and monitor workflow, job processes, and required resources for the operation. Including (but not limited to): monitoring in-queue volumes and job requests, planning and communicating work schedules and assignments when deploying or sharing resources, monitoring work streams to ensure service levels/target dates, and quality are being met, and reporting to leadership on any production or performance issues with staff.
- Identify, document, resolve/and or escalate machine or equipment problems. This may include engaging supplier service personnel or technicians as well as performing routine preventative maintenance on the fleet as needed. Will include routine presence and participation in ongoing supplier service meetings to maintain or improve our equipment utilization, throughput, and productivity.
- Drafts new and revises current procedures.
Who You Are:
- High School diploma or equivalent required.
- 2+ years of work-related experience required.
- Mechanical aptitude helpful.
- Advanced computer/PC navigation and keyboarding skills required.
- Possess the ability to maintain a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Possess excellent organizational, analytical, problem solving, collaboration/teambuilding, and communication skills.
- An aptitude for production workflow and operational efficiencies is required.
Salary Range Information:
Salary ranges below reflect targeted base salaries. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation for all roles will be based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
Salary Range:
$24.21 - $32.43 / hour
Time Off Program:
Personal Time Off (PTO) is provided to hourly (non-exempt) employees and provides a set amount of accrued time earned each pay period. Employees can use their PTO for vacation, personal or short-term illness.
