Service Coordinator

A long-standing commercial construction and service organization in Buffalo, NY is seeking a Service Coordinator to support its growing service division. This full-time, in-office role offers a salary range of $80,000–$90,000, depending on experience, along with bonus potential and strong healthcare coverage.

This Service Coordinator role is highly visible within the organization and will work closely with ownership and project leadership on the coordination of incoming service requests, scheduling, work orders, and customer communication. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and comfortable balancing multiple moving pieces while providing excellent customer service.

This is more than a scheduling role. Over time, there is an opportunity to grow deeper into operations, including exposure to estimating, project coordination, and service management responsibilities.

This is an onsite in-person role.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a primary point of contact for incoming customer service requests and calls
  • Create and manage work orders, service documentation, and invoices
  • Coordinate schedules and dispatch project managers and service personnel as needed
  • Communicate with customers regarding service needs, scheduling updates, and project timelines
  • Work closely with project managers to help build estimates and coordinate service work
  • Ensure work orders, service details, and documentation are accurate and organized
  • Track project and service progress while helping keep operations running efficiently
  • Support coordination between customers, field staff, and leadership
  • Maintain a high level of professionalism and responsiveness in all communication

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of experience in service coordination, construction administration, operations support, or a related role
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Construction, roofing, mechanical, or project-based industry experience preferred
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating with a team
  • Strong computer and administrative skills

Schedule & Location

  • Monday–Friday
  • 7:30 AM – 3:30 PM
  • 100% in-office in Buffalo, NY
