The Service Coordinator will play a key role in supporting CFTSS and related mental health services by coordinating intakes, managing client services, and ensuring smooth communication between families, providers, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate client intakes and onboarding processes
• Manage scheduling and service coordination activities
• Communicate with clients, families, and service providers
• Track documentation and maintain accurate records

• Assist in maintaining compliance with program requirements
