This role is responsible for owning service contract renewals and working directly with the customer, inside team members, and service vendors to ensure service contract renewals are executed accurately and on‑time from start to completion.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external teamsAssist business units with identifying and quoting power service and OEM service contract renewalsMaintain expertise of the baseline processes pertaining to Service Contract ManagementBaseline processes include, but are not limited to, using tools to generate pricing, renewal documents, related work orders, vendor orders, invoices, service certificates, etc.Work to ensure renewals are quoted in a proactive manner (beginning 30‑90 days prior to expiration; can vary according to vendor)Schedule all internal and external work orders for PM serviceEnsure all contract billings are processed accurately, efficiently and in a timely manner for monthly revenue recognition and invoicingProcess all contract termination/credit requests for accounts in a timely manner as warrantsHandle all incoming/outgoing field questions/issues from Customers, Sales, Inside Teams and techniciansPartner closely with other divisions to ensure information company systems is updated accuratelyMonitor daily reports to ensure all customer contracts are updated in a timely mannerOther duties assignedRequirementsHigh School Diploma or Equivalent2+ years business/customer service experienceIntermediate computer skillsStrong problem‑solving skills, ability to resolve and address issues as they ariseExcellent written/verbal communications skills and attention to detailPre‑employment background/drug screeningJob TypeFull‑time / $48,000 - $50,000Benefits401(k) matchingPaid time offFlexible spending account / Health savings accountHealth insuranceDental, Vision and Life InsuranceSchedule8‑Hour Workday / Day Shift / Monday to Friday / In‑Office (Indianapolis Location)Reports ToService Operations Team Lead#J-18808-Ljbffr
