    Landers Kia, a leading automotive dealership in Little Rock, Arkansas, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Service Consultant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time, individual contributor role in our Service Department, with a flexible schedule and potential for great pay through base salary and commission. As a Service Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and driving sales for our service department.

    Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and assist them with their service needs, such as scheduling appointments and providing cost estimates
    • Promote and sell services and products offered by the service department
    • Communicate with technicians and service advisors to provide updates on customer vehicles
    • Maintain excellent customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner
    • Build and maintain relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and generate referrals
    • Meet or exceed sales targets and goals set by management
    • Keep up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends
    • Follow up with customers after service appointments to ensure satisfaction
    • Maintain accurate and organized records of customer interactions and sales transactions

    Requirements:

    • High school diploma or equivalent; some college education preferred
    • Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
    • Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service
    • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
    • Proficient in computer skills and willing to learn new systems
    • Knowledge of automotive terminology and willingness to continually expand knowledge in the field
    • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
    • Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
    • Must be physically able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand or walk for extended periods of time
