Bishop & Company is seeking a
Service Consultant for a financial organization in Honolulu, HI. The preferred candidate will possess customer service experience and demonstrate a high level of professionalism in phone-based interactions with customers. Full-time and part-time shifts available.
Job Duties:- Assist customers with a specific product line (i.e. Deposit accounts, Credit Card accounts). They will be trained in the following areas:
- basic product knowledge
- anticipate call types for the products they’re supporting
- process/procedures for handling requests
- system navigation to look up account information and/or procedures
- Assist with Core conversion related inquiries (i.e. “before” and “after” conversion product info)
- Complete all other duties as assigned The ideal candidate will have:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- Must be open to training Monday-Friday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm for the first 3 months of employment.
- Shift will be 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, including Saturday or Sunday, upon completion of training.
- High level of professionalism and customer-orientation, with strong verbal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where creating a positive customer experience is the #1 priority while also appropriately handling confidential customer information.
- 1-2 years customer service experience or comparable work experience in a retail, sales or financial environment

8:30 am - 5:00 pm, 7 days a week (shifts vary)
Call Center hours are 7:00 am-7:00 pm, 7 days a week - shifts may vary based on business need.
