Job Summary: This role is responsible for managing/supervising experienced professionals who exercise latitude and independence in assignments. You will focus on policy and business plan implementation for short-term results (1 year or less). Set goals and objectives for team members to achieve operational/Job Family Group results. Manage projects and processes that are moderately complex with little oversight. What you'll do: Managing significant repairs and overhauls on time, to standard, and within agreed budgets for specific maintenance and overall department budgets. Ensure the fleet's timely maintenance, availability, and reliability for deployment. Ensure accuracy of Fleet Readiness, utilization, inventory, and other related information. Responsible for Fleet test and turn. Ensure completion of PM servicing & oil sampling. Drive Retrofit and checklist completions. Accountable for Parts supply and core returns. Support the serialized Physical Assets Verification (twice yearly) exercises and ensures consistency of data in Movex and fixed asset registers. Accountable for delivery on all key operations metrics such assets in service, on-time service completions, etc. Drive HSE issues through high personal involvement and visibility. Develop strong working relationships and good communications with stakeholders. Audit and make recommendations to ensure that all facilities are operated and maintained in line with the Company's Global Service Centre Management Standards. Responsible for technician supervision and deployment through planning and scheduling. We're experts, which means you'll have the following skills and experience: Minimum of an associate degree or relevant experience. 5-10 years' experience in planning, forecasting and managing service centers Technicians. Knowledge of Power Generation, Coolers, Chillers ERP and CRM knowledge Professional and effective communication skills with a high level of self-motivation, energy, accountability, and commitment. Ability to prioritize and respond with the appropriate sense of urgency. Proven Customer focus with a strong sense of urgency for creative solutions.
