Who We're Looking For
We're seeking a full-time Service Center Manager Trainee to lead our Omaha, NE location. This role oversees daily operations, manages personnel and equipment readiness, and ensures top-tier customer service and product quality. You'll be the driving force behind operational excellence and team success.
Key Responsibilities
- Direct print production and set priorities for efficient, cost-effective operations
- Manage profitability and make strategic financial decisions
- Oversee equipment maintenance, inventory, customer service, and employee performance
- Communicate safety updates, branch goals, and work schedules
- Monitor branch performance against established standards
- Maintain inventory controls and manage cash sales reporting
- Adjust production schedules to meet client deadlines
- Estimate labor needs and assign tasks accordingly
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- 5\u201310 years of hands-on management in reprographic and/or color print solutions
- Ability to read and interpret financial statements
- Strong understanding of small and large format print production
- Skilled in troubleshooting customer files and hard copy orders
- Flexible to work non-traditional hours when needed
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Microsoft Office
- Proven leadership and team-building abilities
- Experience promoting print products and solutions
- Strong relationship-building with internal and external stakeholders
- Prior leadership in a print production environment strongly preferred
