The Service BDC Agent contacts leads from multiple sources to schedule service appointments and follows up to ensure a positive customer experience.
What you'll do:
- Manage high volumes of inquiries via phone, email, text, and chat.
- Respond to internet service requests and confirm appointments.
- Serve as a liaison between customers and the service department.
- Generate reports and maintain knowledge of marketing incentives.
- Follow up with no-show customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily goals for appointments, calls, and customer follow-up.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
It requires excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, a friendly professional demeanor, and prior call center or dealership experience preferred. Candidates must hold a valid Georgia driver's license, pass background and drug screens, and demonstrate a positive attitude.
