We are currently seeking a motivated and customer-focused Business Development Center (BDC) Agent to join our Service BDC team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, solving problems, and building a meaningful career in a positive, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

  • Outbound & inbound calls with service customers
  • Responding to internet leads via phone and email
  • Identifying customer needs through effective questioning
  • Setting service appointments for the Service Department
  • Ensuring a positive customer experience on every interaction
  • Introducing customers to Service Advisors
  • Entering customer information into the CRM accurately
  • Scheduling appointments based on customer needs and technician availability
  • Maintaining detailed customer records and service information

Qualifications

  • Customer-focused, energetic, self-motivated individuals
  • Experience in customer service or call center environments
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus
  • Excellent computer skills
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Experience with Volie, CDK, or XTime is a plus
  • Ability to address customer concerns promptly and professionally
