Service BDC Agent Duties and Responsibilities
Jim Coleman Honda in Clarksville, MD is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team. This role involves coordinating with customers for service appointments and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Our ideal candidate is someone that has strong customer service and organizational skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, great phone ethics, works well in a team environment, and is both committed and determined daily. This job mainly consists of answering and directing phone calls, greeting, and providing excellent in-person and on-the-phone service to all customers, assisting team members in the areas of customer service, providing exceptional experience for our clients and some cashier duties.
