Responsibilities Include:
Cashiering
Ensuring customer satisfaction and following up with CSI
Tracking the loaner fleet
Setting service appointments
Answering phones
Coordinate vehicle drop-offs and pickups, ensuring a seamless customer experience from arrival to departure
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information
Valid Driver's License
Professional Appearance
Excellent Communication Skills
CDK/ADP experience a plus
