    Description

    Introduction

    The Mission Readiness team is seeking a dedicated individual to support daily fleet operations. This role involves ensuring the daily upkeep of vehicles, organizing the test site, and supporting various operational teams.

    Required Skills & Qualifications

    • 2 - 4 years of work experience
    • Possess and maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
    • Compliance with the Substance Abuse Policy
    • Ability to pass a background check, MVR check, and drug screen
    • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
    • Ability to go up and down stairs, stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, kneel, and reach during shifts
    • Possess a “get it done” attitude and a sense of urgency
    • Proven ability to problem solve and deliver under high-pressure situations
    • Proven ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and deliverables
    • Excellent written/verbal communication skills
    • Works well in a team environment
    • Prior work experience at [Company Name] or in [Company Name]'s industry

    Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Technical trade school certificate or Associate Degree in automotive repair
    • Proficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Office/Google Suites
    • Experience working in a fast-paced environment

    Day-to-Day Responsibilities

    • Supporting company milestones and optimizing drive operations across multiple locations
    • Ensuring vehicles, equipment, and workplace are clean and ready for use
    • Providing logistical support for the movement and storage of vehicles and equipment
    • Assisting with paperwork and documentation related to vehicle readiness
    • Performing routine fueling of test vehicles and supporting equipment
    • Executing mission prep procedures, including launching software, verifying configurations, capturing data, and escalating issues
    • Supporting the readiness of spare parts and associated inventory
    • Providing support with direct ingesting vehicles and deploying software
    • Providing hands-on technical support to the BaseOps technicians
    • General testing support, including documentation, pre-mission assistance, and traffic control
