Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and professionally, providing a welcoming first point of contact.
  • Schedule service appointments for customers, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Communicate clearly with customers regarding service details, estimated times, and any special instructions.
  • Coordinate with the service department to confirm availability and manage the appointment schedule.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns with empathy and a focus on solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all customer interactions and appointments.

Requirements
  • Must be bilingual (English and Spanish)
  • Proven experience in a customer service or appointment setting role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and standard office applications.
  • A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work effectively in a busy office environment.
