We are looking for a dependable, upbeat, and customer-focused Service Appointment Coordinator to support our service department through proactive customer outreach, appointment scheduling, and retention efforts. What You’ll Do
As a Service Appointment Coordinator, you will play an important role in helping customers stay connected to our service department. This position focuses heavily on outbound follow-up, appointment setting, and customer retention, while also assisting with inbound scheduling and customer inquiries as needed.
You will help create a smooth, professional, and welcoming customer experience by reaching out to customers regarding maintenance, repairs, recalls, and recommended services, while ensuring they are connected to the right dealership resources.
