Job Description:
- Support customers via phone, email, or virtual meetings (MS Teams and Zoom)
- Route customer questions to the appropriate technical staff member
- Process orders for billable and warranty spare parts and enter the information in the ERP/CRM system
- Issue quotes for billable service and invoice for those orders once complete
- Assist with scheduling field technicians for new system installations, and billable and warranty repair services.
- Process orders for billable and warranty spare parts and enter the information in the ERP/CRM system.
- Research and identify the correct part numbers for customer inquiries.
- Create quotes for spare parts and process the purchase orders.
- Fulfill the orders by pulling the parts, packing, and shipping each PO.
- Create a case for each quote, e-mail, and phone call in Salesforce.
