Position Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Service and Measure Technician to join our production team. In this role, you will play a critical part in ensuring customer satisfaction by providing warranty services, evaluating installations, and supporting our installation team.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide warranty and service support to existing Kitchen Saver customers
• Perform detailed evaluations of customer kitchens and cabinet areas
• Take precise measurements to support service and installation work
• Identify and communicate any issues or concerns that may impact installation
• Collaborate with installation technicians to ensure high-quality outcomes

Qualifications

Required:

• Carpentry, Crown Molding and trim experience
• Strong ability to read a tape measure accurately
• Basic writing and documentation skills
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to pass a background check and pre-employment drug screening
