We are seeking a Service, Parts and Maintenance Manager to join our team! We are a busy and expanding elevator company looking for a reliable, organized, and proactive individual to support our service and maintenance operations.
This role works closely with field technicians and the internal team to coordinate service work, manage parts and inventory, and assist with maintenance contracts and customer communication. It’s a fast-paced, detail-oriented position with strong long-term potential for someone motivated to develop within the company.
Elevator industry experience is preferred, but not required for the right candidate with strong transferable skills, a solid work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and schedule service, repair, and maintenance work with field technicians
- Work closely with service and installation teams to help manage job schedules and workflow
- Serve as a liaison between customers, field technicians, vendors, and internal office staff
- Order parts, process purchase orders, and help track inventory
- Assist with maintenance contracts, including customer follow-up, scheduling, and contract setup
- Prepare service proposals, repair quotes, and related documentation
- Track project and service timelines to help ensure deadlines are met
- Maintain organized records for service jobs, contracts, parts, and customer accounts
- Coordinate appointments and communicate scheduling updates with customers and technicians
- Support shop organization, including parts, tools, and inventory
Qualifications
- Experience in service coordination, parts, or sales in elevator or related field
- Strong organizational skills with scheduling experience
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Customer service mindset with strong communication skills
- Skilled with computers and technology
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and data entry
- Associate’s degree or equivalent experience preferred
- Willingness to learn and grow with the company
Monday-Friday, 8:00 am-4:30 pm, overtime required as needed.
Compensation is dependent on qualifications.
