The Leader is responsible for driving profitable revenue while positively leading and managing the Department staff processes and procedures.This position has a salary range of 90K to 105k per year depending on experienceJob ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the field. This includes training assisting with scheduling if needed performance evaluations and disciplinary actionCreating maintaining and consistently ensuring an exceptional customer experience by working with employees customers and vendorsOversee technicians workload and adjust schedules as needed to meet changing demandsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth operations and effective communicationEnforce existing and further develop standards and procedures to ensure consistent delivery of high-quality services.Handle customer concerns quickly and professionally to maintain customer relationshipsEnsure that service strategy aligns with overall business objectives and company mission vision and valuesTrack and analyze service metrics to identify areas for improvementPromote safety above all else.
