We are looking for a Service Advisor who can build trust with customers, communicate clearly, and help guide them through the repair process while supporting our technicians and shop operations.
As a Service Advisor, you will act as the primary point of contact between customers and our service team, ensuring customers understand their vehicle needs while delivering a professional and positive experience.
Responsibilities include:
Greet customers and provide a welcoming, professional experience
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Inspect vehicles and identify necessary repairs and maintenance when needed
Communicate repair recommendations clearly and honestly
Prepare estimates and review repair options with customers
Coordinate workflow between technicians and customers
Provide updates on repair progress and timelines
Ensure a smooth and organized vehicle check-in and check-out process
Maintain strong customer relationships and build long-term trust
Help maintain shop efficiency and workflow
We’re looking for someone who is organized, personable, and able to communicate technical information clearly.
Ideal candidates will have:
Customer service experience (automotive service advising experience preferred but not necessary)
Strong communication and people skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Strong organizational skills
A positive attitude and team-first mindset
Basic knowledge of automotive systems (or willingness to learn)
Valid driver's license
