What You’ll Be Doing

As a Service Advisor, you’ll serve as the vital link between our customers and service technicians. Reporting to the Service Manager, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Scheduling service appointments and preparing repair orders, estimates, and invoices

  • Communicating clearly with customers—face-to-face and over the phone

  • Identifying and recording vehicle issues and ensuring technician follow-through

  • Promoting additional vehicle services, accessories, and parts

  • Gaining customer approval for work before proceeding

  • Coordinating internally to meet timelines and service commitments

  • Maintaining consistent communication and delivering a smooth, stress-free customer experience
