What You'll Do

As a Service Advisor, you'll be the trusted liaison between our customers and our technicians. You'll help customers understand their vehicle's needs while delivering an exceptional ownership experience built on communication, transparency, and trust.

Responsibilities include:

• Welcome customers with professionalism and enthusiasm
• Listen carefully to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Perform vehicle walk-arounds and inspections
• Prepare repair orders and maintenance recommendations
• Coordinate repairs with technicians to ensure timely completion
• Provide consistent updates throughout the repair process
• Build lasting customer relationships through exceptional service
• Recommend maintenance and repair services based on customer needs
• Work closely with technicians, parts personnel, and service administration to keep repairs moving efficiently
• Assist with vehicle staging and customer transportation when needed

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Has previous Automotive Service Advisor experience
• Delivers exceptional customer service
