Responsibilities

Warmly greet customers and accurately identify their vehicle needs and concerns.

Translate customer needs into clear, concise repair orders for the technician team.

Provide customers with detailed explanations of recommended services and repairs, including accurate cost estimates.

Schedule service appointments efficiently, ensuring optimal use of shop resources.

Maintain open and consistent communication with customers regarding the status of their vehicle repairs.

Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and a solution-oriented approach.

Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by delivering an exceptional service experience.

Process payments and finalize service orders accurately.


Requirements

Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role within the automotive industry is highly preferred.

Strong understanding of vehicle mechanics and automotive services.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for explaining technical information clearly.

A positive attitude and a genuine desire to help customers.

Proficiency in using dealership management systems (DMS) and standard office software.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a busy environment.

A valid driver's license.
