What You’ll Do (Service Advisor Role)

As a Service Advisor, you are the face of the business and the connection between customers and technicians.

Your responsibilities:

• Greet customers and guide them through the service process
• Build trust and explain repairs in a clear, confident way
• Recommend services that truly benefit the customer
• Manage workflow and keep operations running smoothly
• Deliver an exceptional experience that creates repeat customers

What We’re Looking For

No automotive experience required—we hire for attitude and train for skill.

You’ll thrive in this role if you have:

• 5+ years in hospitality, retail, or customer service
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Sales confidence (upselling/recommending is a plus)

Compensation & Benefits

• Base Salary + Commission
• On-Target Earnings: $65K–$100K+
