What You'll Do
- Greet customers and get them checked in quickly and efficiently for Express Maintenance services
- Write up service orders accurately, explaining recommended maintenance in clear, honest terms
- Communicate with technicians to keep jobs moving and customers informed
- Build relationships that keep customers coming back
- Help keep the Express Maintenance lane running smoothly and on time
What We're Looking For
- Some experience in a service writer, advisor, or automotive customer service role preferred
- Strong communication skills and a customer-first attitude
- Someone organized, dependable, and ready to grow with us
- A positive team player — attitude matters as much as experience
