If you describe yourself as a people person and a great communicator, this is the position for you!Job Duties:Represent GTR to all customers through the efficient and accurate handling of customer questions and repair orders Act as a liaison between the customer and technicians to ensure all parties know the status of repairsVerify warranty and service contracts as neededProvide accurate repair orders and estimates to customers to maintain profit marginsMaintain service records for customersPrepare billing invoices for customersOther duties as assigned Desired Competencies:Knowledge and experience with mechanics or a related field Excellent communication skillsOrganized and detail oriented Proficient with computersTeam PlayerSelf- Aware: ability to handle stress under pressure Excellent customer service Flexibility to meet changing demandsQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent Valid driver's license with clean driving record2+ years' experience as a Service Advisor or similar position beneficial Benefits: Potential for Quarterly BonusesHealth, Dental and Vision Insurance401K with company matchingCompany paid Short-term & Long-Term Disability InsuranceWe're an equal opportunity employer.
