Service Advisor

Nashville Nissan is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual for the role of Service Advisor. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients who visit our dealership for car maintenance and repairs. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner

Listen to customer concerns and accurately document them

Provide accurate and detailed information about recommended services and repairs

Work closely with the service team to ensure prompt and efficient completion of repairs

Keep customers informed of the status of their vehicle throughout the repair process

Make recommendations additional services as needed

Maintain a positive and professional attitude when dealing with customers

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention

Follow up with customers after their service visit to ensure their satisfaction and address any concerns

Maintain knowledge of current and upcoming products and services offered by the dealership

Meet and exceed sales and customer satisfaction targets

Adhere to all company policies and procedures

High school diploma or equivalent

Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong sales and customer service abilities

Familiarity with automotive technical terminology is a plus

Must work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Must possess a positive and professional demeanor

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Must be available to work evenings and weekends, as needed
