The day starts with checking the workflow, confirming appointments, and setting expectations with customers as they arrive. You'll spend the day moving between the front counter, phone, and shop updates—keeping customers in the loop, tracking progress, and making sure approvals and timing don't stall. As vehicles wrap up, you'll close out paperwork, review what was done, and make sure customers leave with clear understanding of what we completed.
