Service Advisor Responsibilities:
Greet customers promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive service experience
Obtain customer and vehicle information
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Determine and recommend maintenance based on age, mileage and history of vehicle
Prepare repair orders and ensure all information is complete and accurate
Coordinate with technicians to ensure efficient workflow and timely completion of repairs
Monitor the progress of each vehicle throughout the day, and update customers frequently
Verify that the final invoice reconciles with the work performed on the repair order
Explain all completed work and charges to customers
Service Advisor Requirements:
Valid drivers license
Previous experience in service industry is a plus
Knowledge of automobiles
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
Ability to work in a fast paced environment
Strong organizational and time management abilities
Attention to detail and accuracy
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn
Team-oriented with a positive and friendly attitude
