Listen to their stories, diagnose their needs, and turn their mechanical hiccups into a custom plan for continued wind in the face.Keep the Chrome Rolling: Efficiently write up service orders, coordinate with our top‑notch technicians, and manage the workflow from start to finish. You'll be the glue that keeps our service department humming.The Go‑To Communicator: Keep our riders in the loop with timely updates, clear explanations, and a positive, can‑do attitude. No jargon, just straight talk.Master of the Estimate: Create accurate and transparent service quotes, explaining costs and timelines with confidence.Fuel the Dream: Suggest custom parts, performance upgrades, and accessories that will make our riders' bikes truly their own.Your ToolkitA passion for the open road and the Harley‑Davidson brand is a huge plus (but not required).
