Holman Automotive is excited to announce an opportunity for Service Advisors to join our brand-new Lexus dealership in Vancouver, WA! In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for guests, ensuring a positive service experience by listening to their concerns about their vehicle, suggesting repair and maintenance services, selling new accessories or replacement parts as well as keeping the customer informed of the repair services progress and providing expert guidance on automotive services.
Job Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist guests, addressing inquiries and concerns. • Assess guests' needs and recommend appropriate services. • Prepare detailed service estimates and communicate benefits. • Coordinate with technicians for timely service delivery. • Follow up with guests to ensure satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records in the company database. • Stay updated on industry trends and service offerings.
Qualifications:
Experience in automotive service advising or a customer-facing role preferred. Strong understanding of automotive systems. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Proficient in relevant computer systems and software. Current and valid Driver's License and clean MVR driving record. High School Diploma and one year of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Compensation:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location. This is a commission eligible role, and employees can expect to earn an average monthly pay of $3,000-$10,000 with earning potential based on personal performance.
