Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly upon arrival and understand their vehicle's service needs.
Clearly explain necessary maintenance and repair services to customers, providing estimates.
Create detailed repair orders and ensure accuracy.
Schedule service appointments efficiently.
Maintain open and consistent communication with customers regarding their vehicle's status.
Coordinate with the service technicians to ensure timely completion of work.
Follow up with customers after service to ensure satisfaction.
Previous experience as an automotive Service Advisor is required.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using automotive repair software and systems.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
A commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Valid driver's license.
