Seeking a Service Advisor to join our team, responsible for initiating repair requests, providing administrative support, and updating customers on work progress.
What You'll Do:
- Work directly with customers to determine product needs and services
- Suggest add-on sales to boost transactions
- Provide price estimates prior to appointments
- Keep customers informed about work status
What You'll Need:
- At least one year of service experience preferred
- RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge
- Proficiency with computers and internet searches
- Excellent organization and follow-up skills
- Ability to follow procedures and policies
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and move up to 50 lbs with assistance
- Prolonged standing, stooping, crawling, and bending required
