What You'll Do:
- Greet customers promptly and gather vehicle info
- Document vehicle issues and customer concerns
- Recommend maintenance or repairs
- Prepare accurate service estimates
- Monitor service progress and update customers
- Communicate completed services and charges
- Verify invoices and repair orders
- Assist the Service Manager as needed
