Here is what you will be doing:
Greet all customers promptly and professionally
Determine customer's primary concern and then review additional maintenance needs at time of write up
Offer a Multipoint inspection and a technician video to every customer
Provide electronic estimates, with the customer and dealership's best interest in mind
Provide status updates on a regular basis
Handle all customer complaints immediately and resolve to the customer's satisfaction
Establish and maintain great customer relationships that encourage repeat and referral business
Work as a team player and uphold the company's standards of professionalism and integrity
Other duties as assigned
Here is what you will need:
A Minimum 2 years of Service Advisor Experience Required
A CSI focused mindset
A proven track record of GP, ELR & Hours per RO
A clear understanding of providing a highline guest experience
High School Diploma/GED is required.
Must be energetic, enthusiastic and team oriented
Must be skilled at listening, problem solving and communication
Submit to and successfully complete MVR, background check, and pre-employment drug test.
