Responsible for scheduling service to be performed. Supervisory Responsibilities: This job has no direct supervisory responsibilities. Frequently interacts with customers, service manager and service technicians, and employees from various departments in the dealerships. Verbal and Writing Ability:Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
