Service Advisor (Automotive & Equipment Professionals Encouraged to Apply)

RWC Group – Fairbanks, Alaska
Full-Time | $60,000 - $85,000+ Annually (Including Performance Bonuses)

Ready to Take Your Career Beyond Retail Automotive?

RWC Group Fairbanks is seeking a motivated Service Advisor to join our growing team. If you have experience in automotive service, heavy equipment, fleet maintenance, transportation, parts sales, or dealership operations, this could be the career opportunity you've been looking for.

As a Service Advisor, you'll serve as the critical link between our customers and service department, helping keep commercial fleets, contractors, municipalities, utility companies, and owner-operators operating safely and efficiently throughout Alaska.

This is not your typical automotive service advisor position. Our customers are business professionals who depend on their vehicles to keep their operations running. You'll work with some of Alaska's largest fleets and most respected companies while building a rewarding long-term career with one of the nation's leading commercial truck dealerships.

Automotive Service Advisors, Equipment Dealership Personnel, Fleet Maintenance Coordinators, and Parts Professionals are strongly encouraged to apply. Commercial truck experience is helpful, but not required. We will train the right candidate.

Compensation

$60,000 - $85,000+ annually, including performance bonuses, depending on experience, qualifications, and performance.
