The KOR Service Advisor serves as a key point of contact between Keffer Off-Road and its customers, ensuring a high-quality service experience from initial inquiry through completion of upfitting services. This role is responsible for customer engagement, service coordination, sales support, and maintaining showroom and digital presence standards while upholding the company's professional image.Responsibilities Customer Service & Sales Support View daily service appointments through Express and identify potential leads for upfitting clientsAnswer all incoming phone calls in a timely and professional mannerEngage with customers to gather all necessary information to create accurate quotes for upfitting needsWrite repair orders for all KOR upfit services performedProvide consistent updates to clients throughout the upfitting visitCollect funds following completion of upfitting servicesReview open repair orders and proactively keep the service process movingResolve customer issues in a timely and respectful mannerMaintain a positive attitude toward clients and coworkers at all timesParts & Technical Coordination Lookup and identify correct parts required for customer upfits, ensuring proper vehicle application and fitmentDigital & Social Media Engagement Monitor daily Shopify ordersMonitor KOR Facebook page and generate daily postsMonitor Facebook Marketplace, engage with clients who submit leads, and respond promptlyEnsure all Marketplace listings are visible, accurate, and posted to appropriate subpages to increase product footprintPost daily offerings to promote salesEngage with dedicated Jeep and Ram clubs to assist with customer questions and build brand presenceShowroom & Facility Responsibilities Maintain showroom cleanliness, organization, and professional presentationEnsure the showroom is locked and secured when working the closing shiftEvents & Scheduling Assist with and work promotional events as neededBe available to work weekends when requiredProfessional Expectations Be timely, prompt, and punctualMaintain a professional appearance at all timesRepresent Keffer Off-Road in a courteous, knowledgeable, and professional manner#J-18808-Ljbffr
