Responsibilities

  • Greet customers and create an exceptional service experience
  • Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
  • Communicate recommendations, maintenance needs, and repair updates
  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate repairs
  • Manage repair orders and follow-up communications
  • Deliver outstanding customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships
  • Follow dealership processes and best practices
  • Help drive service department growth and profitability
