Bowser Chevrolet of Monroeville is seeking a customer-focused and motivated Service Advisor to join our service team. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, understands the importance of exceptional service, and takes pride in delivering a positive dealership experience.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and assist them with their service needs in a professional and courteous manner
- Write accurate and detailed repair orders
- Communicate recommended services, timelines, and pricing clearly to customers
- Serve as the liaison between customers and service technicians
- Provide timely updates throughout the service process and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
- Promote maintenance services and identify additional service opportunities
- Maintain accurate records and follow all dealership processes and procedures
Qualifications
- Previous Service Advisor or automotive service experience preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Basic automotive knowledge required; Chevrolet experience is a plus
- Valid driver's license required
