What We’re Looking For:
- Previous automotive service advisor experience preferred (dealership experience a plus)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Spanish speaking preferred
- Portuguese speaking is a plus
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
What You’ll Do:
- Greet customers and provide a high-level service experience from write-up to delivery
- Clearly communicate recommended services, timelines, and costs
- Coordinate with technicians and service team to ensure efficient workflow
- Build long-term relationships with customers to drive retention
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow all dealership processes
