We are seeking Service Advisors to join our Service Team! If you are positive, upbeat, and passionate about customer service, this role may be perfect for you.

  • Schedule appointments for repair, maintenance, and recall work
  • Greet customers, inspect motorcycles, and answer questions
  • Document issues clearly on Repair Orders
  • Notify management of additional work or delays to keep customers informed
  • Advise customers on services and costs, suggest promotions
  • Review ongoing repairs for quality and timeliness
  • Track vehicle progress from entry to completion
  • Communicate changes in timeline, repairs, or costs to customers
  • Review work with customers upon completion
  • Maintain technical qualifications through training
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements include at least 1 year of Powersports, Harley-Davidson, or automotive dealership experience, customer-facing sales experience preferred, excellent communication skills, positive attitude, professional appearance, ability to multitask, valid driver’s license, motorcycle endorsement preferred, and passing background, MVR, and drug tests.
