About the Role
Wayne's Automotive is looking for a customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team in Warminster, PA.
Whether you're currently a Service Advisor or someone with strong customer service experience looking to build a career in the automotive industry, we'd love to talk with you.
In this role, you'll be the primary point of contact for our customers—helping them understand their vehicle needs, coordinating repairs, and delivering an exceptional service experience from start to finish.
What You'll Do
Greet customers and build lasting relationships
Listen to customer concerns and accurately document vehicle issues
Communicate repair recommendations clearly and professionally
Prepare estimates and secure repair approvals
Coordinate workflow between customers and technicians
Keep customers informed throughout the repair process
Deliver vehicles and review completed repairs
Help ensure an outstanding customer experience every day
Compensation Structure
Starting salary from $50,000 annually
Compensation based on experience and performance
Performance-based bonus opportunities
On-Target Earnings (OTE): $75,000+
