What You’ll Be Doing:
- Greet customers and manage the service intake process
- Write and present estimates clearly and professionally
- Sell services using a consultative, customer-first approach
- Communicate with technicians and customers throughout repairs
- Manage workflow and keep things moving in a busy shop
- Follow established shop processes and systems
What We’re Looking For:
- 3–5 years of Service Advisor experience
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Proven ability to sell services the right way (not pushy)
- Comfortable with estimating systems and computers
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Organized, reliable, and team-oriented
Preferred Experience:
- Independent shop background
- Strong sales performance with a customer-focused mindset
- Ability to adapt to structured shop processes
