Server with Bartending Experience

Experienced Server & Bartender Full-Time Position (Overtime Possible)

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Server & Bartender to join our team in a full-time position, with the possibility of additional overtime hours depending on business needs. This role is ideal for someone who has a genuine passion for hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced restaurant environment, and takes pride in delivering exceptional service and memorable dining experiences for guests.

In this position, you will play an important role in ensuring the smooth operation of our restaurant. Responsibilities include providing attentive and professional customer service, taking and delivering food and beverage orders accurately, preparing and serving a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, and maintaining a welcoming and efficient dining atmosphere for our guests. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask effectively, and the confidence to work both independently and collaboratively with our team.

Applicants must have full-time availability, including:

• Every weekend (Saturday and Sunday)
  

• Most holidays, with the exception of Thanksgiving and Christmas, when the restaurant is closed
  

• Availability for 1 3 dinner shifts per week, particularly on Thursday, Friday, and/or Saturday evenings, when the restaurant is open until 10:30 PM
  

Our general operating hours are:

• Sunday Wednesday: 7:00 AM 3:00 PM
  

• Thursday Saturday: 7:00 AM 10:30 PM (extended dinner service)
  

Because of the nature of the business, reliable attendance and schedule flexibility are extremely important.

To be considered for this role, applicants must meet the following qualifications:

• Previous experience as both a server and bartender in a restaurant setting
  

• Ability to handle busy service periods while maintaining excellent guest service
  

• SERVSAFE Certification
  

• TIPS Certification
  

Candidates must bring printed copies of these certifications on the day of their working interview.

Our hiring process includes two steps:

1. Initial Interview (FaceTime Call)
   

   Selected candidates will first participate in a brief FaceTime interview so we can discuss experience, availability, and expectations.
   

2. Working Paid Interview
   

   Applicants who successfully pass the first stage will be invited for a working interview at the restaurant. This allows both the applicant and our team to determine if the position is a good fit.
   

During the working interview:

• Compensation will be a flat rate of $15.00 per hour
  

• No tips will be provided during this interview period
  

• Candidates must bring printed application documents and government forms that will be emailed to them if they move to the second phase
  

• Applicants must also bring two forms of acceptable identification for the I-9 employment verification form
